Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage rope access operations, ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with relevant standards and regulations, guaranteeing zero-harm.
Conduct thorough pre-job briefings, hazard assessments, and method statements, emphasizing proactive risk mitigation and fostering a safety-first culture.
Supervise rope access technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations, nurturing a team of skilled and motivated professionals.
Inspect and maintain rope access equipment, including ropes, harnesses, and anchors, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition and fit for purpose.
Operations and Project Management Full engineering and field supervision of the project lifecycle. Strategic project planning, schedule management, and guidance of work teams to ensure the highest efficiency in execution. Management of project operating budgets and ensuring targeted profitability. Monitoring daily progress rates and comparing them to the schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a relevant IRATA or SPRAT certification with demonstrable experience in rope access.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the rope access industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, showcasing progressive career growth.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership and communication skills, effectively guiding and motivating teams.
Strong understanding of rope access techniques, equipment, and safety regulations, ensuring
Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings and provide field technical solutions. Skills and Personal Attributes Productive Mindset: Focuses on speed and quality of execution and finding smart solutions to problems. Personality Strength: A strong engineering presence before clients that reflects the company's professionalism. Leadership: The ability to manage workforce and projectstechnical proficiency.
