Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform critical inspections and maintenance tasks at heights, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed to prevent accidents.
- Utilize specialized rope access techniques to reach difficult locations, demonstrating adeptness in navigating various environments.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments before each job, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to execute complex projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in rope access (IRATA or SPRAT) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on rope access experience in industrial or construction environments.
- Proven ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, showcasing physical stamina and agility.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices within the rope access industry.
