Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Overview:
Plan and oversee the operation of HR Services including Head Office Admin providing first line support and assistance to all employees and Managers.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure an effective delivery of HR Services to all internal and external stakeholders with the objective of creating value to end users through efficient resource management.
-Manage the work activities of the HR Service Team as well as Admin personnel (Drivers, Office Assistants and Receptionists) through the use of the Company’s Performance Management System ensuring appropriate training and development initiatives are in place to achieve sectional objectives against set KPI’s.
-Effectively manage the company’s HRMS ensuring accuracy and integrity of HR information at all times enabling
-Management to have relevant information and resources needed to make HR related decisions.
On an on-going basis, play lead role in the development of HRMS improvements and solutions to meet current and future company needs keeping abreast of market trends and HRMS knowledge/ practices to ensure a ‘best practice’ approach is adopted in the company delivering end user training as required.
-Provide input on various HR practices aimed at improving organizational capability by identifying and recommending value-add solutions aimed at enhancing the HR Admin infrastructure within GEX (e.g. Automation HR processes).
-On a regular basis audit and analyse HR practices and processes identifying trends or areas of concern at the same time developing countermeasures to ensure critical success factors are implemented.
-Maintain administrative procedures in support of organizations compensation and benefits policy. Ensure proper recording of documents pertaining to new hires, benefit enrolment and personnel actions.
-Provide professional advice and guidance to all stakeholders on the company’s ERM (HR) policies, procedures and benefit schemes serving as a liaison between the company and third party providers of benefit schemes (Medical, Group Life Insurance etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
-Graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
-Minimum 5 years generalist experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management with direct focus on HRIS; HR Administration; Benefits; Transport and Accommodation. 3 years Supervisory experience managing a team of HR Professionals.
-UAE/ GCC Experience preferred.
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Manufacturing/ Industrial sector experience preferred.
