Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Carry out rope access works such as cleaning, maintenance, inspection, and repair at height.
  • Set up, rig, and dismantle rope systems safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all IRATA safety procedures and company HSE policies.
  • Conduct equipment checks before and after each job.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to high-quality standards and within given timeframes.
  • Report safety incidents, hazards, or near-misses immediately.
  • Maintain clear communication with the team and site supervisor.
  • Assist in documentation and preparation of daily progress and safety reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid IRATA Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 certification (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in rope access or related maintenance work.
  • Strong understanding of rope access techniques and safety standards.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoor environments.
  • Team-oriented, responsible, and safety-conscious.
