Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead rope access operations for high-rise glass cleaning projects.
- Supervise and manage Level I & II technicians on-site.
- Conduct safety checks, rescue operations, and ensure compliance with IRATA standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
- Prepare daily progress and safety reports for management.
Requirements:
- Valid IRATA Level III Certificate is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 5 years of relevant rope access/glass cleaning experience.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of rope access safety systems and rescue techniques.
- Good English communication skills.
