ROTARY SUPERVISOR OIL & GAS

The Rotary Supervisor is responsible for supervising all activities related to rotary equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, and rotating machinery in Oil & Gas plants, ensuring safety, quality, and project timelines are met.

Responsible for leading teams in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of rotary equipment. Ensures compliance with Aramco standards, PTW, LOTO, risk assessments, and shutdown schedules.

• Supervise installation, alignment, and maintenance of pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes
• Plan daily jobs and allocate manpower during shutdowns and maintenance activities
• Review equipment manuals, drawings, P&IDs, and OEM guidelines
• Ensure hydro testing, vibration checks, coupling alignment, and lubrication schedules are executed correctly
• Monitor torqueing, bolt tightening, and flange connections
• Coordinate with QC, HSE, Planning, and Rigging teams
• Conduct inspections, report progress, and troubleshoot operational issues
• Enforce PTW, JSA, and LOTO compliance for all rotary activities

Tools & Technical Expertise

• Laser/dial alignment tools
• Vibration analyzer & coupling alignment tools
• Hydraulic jacks, torque tools, and rigging equipment
• Lifting plans and mechanical handling of heavy equipment
• Knowledge of OEM procedures and vibration standards
