Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots for telecom processes (SIM activation, number porting, bill processing) and fintech workflows (KYC verification, transaction reconciliation, loan processing)
- Analyze business processes in customer service, billing, and payment operations to identify automation opportunities
- Automate data entry, report generation, and system integrations across telecom and banking systems
- Create process documentation and technical specifications for automation solutions
- Test and debug automation workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Monitor bot performance and implement error handling for critical processes
- Integrate RPA solutions with CRM, billing systems, and payment gateways
- Provide support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in RPA development
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
- Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, Python, or similar languages
- Understanding of workflow design and process automation concepts
- Experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience automating telecom or banking processes
- RPA certifications (UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Knowledge of OCR and document processing for KYC and compliance workflows
