Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

installing, replacing, and optimizing indoor mobile signal boosters and repeater systems to improve network coverage and performance.

  • Install and replace indoor signal boosters, repeaters, and RF components.
  • Conduct site surveys and identify optimal antenna and equipment placement.
  • Run, terminate, and test RF cabling (coaxial/Cat).
  • Troubleshoot coverage issues, interference, and hardware faults.
  • Align and optimize donor and indoor antennas.
  • Perform RF testing (RSSI/RSRP/SINR) using meters and apps.
  • Document work, measurements, and site reports.
  • Provide maintenance and respond to service calls.


  • Knowledge of RF systems, signal boosters, and DAS setups.
  • RF testing tools and basic network parameters.
  • cabling, installation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read diagrams, floor plans, and technical instructions.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
