Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts to the general ledger.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting and adherence to accounting policies.
  • Conduct periodic audits of financial records and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to financial transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial accounting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong command of English
  • Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Relevant years of experience in RTR
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in financial accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients
