Rubber Technologist Wisterra Project Management

• Develop and customize rubber compounds based on customer drawings,

specifications, and application requirements.

• Work with a wide range of elastomers, including NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, neoprene,

silicone, and specialty compounds.

• Support custom product manufacturing processes such as compression molding,

transfer molding, injection molding, extrusion, and vulcanization.

• Assist in raw material evaluation, supplier qualification, and cost optimization

initiatives.

• Conduct laboratory and in-process testing (rheology, tensile, elongation, hardness,

compression set, aging, etc.)

• Troubleshoot compound and process-related issues specific to custom and low-volume production runs.

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to evaluate feasibility, material

selection, and cost estimates for new custom projects.

• Assist in prototype development, sampling, and trial production forthe customer

approvals
