Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Develop and manage front-end interfaces with modern frameworks (Hotwire, Kamal, or similar).
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Integrate third-party APIs and manage RESTful services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Pixel-Perfect Figma representations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of continuous Ruby on Rails experience.
- Proven success in following standardized practices.
- Experience working on multiple simultaneous projects.
- Expertise in modern Rails methodologies such as Hotwire, Kamal, etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Availability to work in Mountain Time (MT)
