Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Run Manager - SAP Ariba
The consultant will be in charge of:
The management of major incidents, problems, and the corrective roadmap,
Addressing new needs and optimizing their implementation in terms of cost/time.
TMA monitoring and management (performance management & KPIs)
SAP Ariba Expert Support, development management and delivery of fixes
Coordination of different stakeholders (Business, local IT, Product and TMA)
Addressing new needs, design, and continuous improvement approach
Documentation writing and maintenance
Professional relationship (operational committee, performance review, etc.) with each country
Ensure traceability and compliance of exchanges as well as access management processes (allocation & modification)
Participate in internal and external audit campaigns on the IT side and manage the implementation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+5 degree (engineering school or university) oriented towards computer science, or equivalent experience.
3-7 years of experience in run/TMA management on an e-procurement solution
Required skills .
Knowledge of SAP ARIBA e-procurement
Mastery of non-merchandise purchasing processes and related accounting processes
Technical and functional knowledge of P2P and S2C processes
Knowledge of integrations with ERP systems, particularly SAP
Vision for managing API flows, middleware and integration via platforms (SNOW)
Knowledge of the distribution industry would be an asset.
Knowledge of Google Suite tools
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools
Fluent in French and English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
