Incident analysis: Monitoring major crises and identifying root causes.

REX Management: Drafting of Feedback Reports and facilitation of debriefing meetings.

Action management: Definition, prioritization and monitoring of the progress of corrective actions.

Performance monitoring: Updating dashboards and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).

Degree : Master's degree (BAC+5)

Experience: 5-8 years

Skills:

Technical skills: Knowledge of Network and Telecom environments and ITIL processes (incidents/problems).

Analysis: Ability to synthesize technical data and produce clear reports.

Tools: Proficiency in ticketing tools (ITSM) and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).

Organization: Rigor in monitoring action plans and ability to solicit the various stakeholders.

Communicating clearly and effectively in writing and orally in French for smooth interactions with the profession and teams.

Analyze situations and propose appropriate solutions while identifying areas for improvement.

Respecting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and excellence

Actively collaborate with team members, share knowledge and foster a team spirit to achieve common goals
