Key Responsibilities
- Deliver items and supplies to guest rooms and operational areas as requested
- Provide on-call support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and front office teams
- Move materials safely across floors, service areas, ramps, and staircases
- Assist departments during peak operational periods to ensure service continuity
- Verify requests, documents, and items before delivery
- Inspect basic tools and equipment used during daily tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and service areas
- Follow safety, security, and operational procedures at all times
- Uphold professional appearance, communication, and conduct standards
