Core Duties

* Greet customers on arrival or after being seated and assist with orders to reduce waiting times.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to support efficient service.
* Clean and polish restaurant equipment, glassware, crockery, and cutlery.
* Participate in training and induction of new employees.
* Support the restaurant closing process, check condiments for expiry, and replenish stock as needed.
* Collect and count table linen, placing them for laundry service.

Ideal Profile

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1 2 years experience in a similar hospitality role.
* Fluent in English with good communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
* Ability to adapt, work well in a team, and take initiative.
* Culturally aware and service-oriented.
