Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver items promptly to guest rooms and operational departments as required
- Support housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front office, and other hotel areas
- Ensure smooth movement of supplies and materials throughout the resort
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
- Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance at all times
- Remain active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving items up to 55 pounds
- Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas visually to ensure readiness and safety
- Assist with additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior work experience required; training will be provided
Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work
Ability to work across departments and follow instructions accurately
Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset
