Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with precision to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including preparing presentations, reports, and other documents with high accuracy.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role, ideally within an international environment.
- Native Russian speaker with fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication.
- Demonstrates excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
