Roles & Responsibilities

RYANAIR FH Stock Manager


Ensuring the availability of parts from the RYANAIR rotating pool by guaranteeing optimal management of dedicated stocks, reducing storage costs, and avoiding stockouts and overstocking.

Monitor daily inbound/outbound and stock levels and report any issues encountered (incorrect addressing, stock discrepancies, etc.) for resolution.

Monitor the status of Ryanair's rotables pool in real time (in stock, subcontractor work in progress, scrap to be replaced)

Coordinate with the subcontracting team to share visibility on the completeness of the pool of rotables in the work in progress of the repair subcontractors.

Initiate Purchase Requests for scrap replacements and coordinate with the procurement team to share visibility on order arrivals. Also ensure that SAP records are updated in this scenario.

Share visibility on the completion date of the rotating pool and ensure its adherence by following up with stakeholders

Monitor standard exchanges and track reintegrations at the Ryanair flight.

Follow up with the invoicing of new investments billed to the Client/Program

Monitor consumption and propose investments in recyclables, taking into account repair times, production rate, and scrap rate.

Implement rolling and annual inventory counts on stocks dedicated to the Ryanair customer.

Set up dashboards and monitor actions resulting from the interpretation of indicators

Desired Candidate Profile

Business or engineering school, specializing in purchasing or logistics

2-4 years of professional experience in inventory management or logistics in an industrial environment
