Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join a growing SAP Data & Analytics team. As a Techno-Functional Lead for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning , you will play a key role in the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced planning solutions in complex and international environments.
This role requires solid functional and technical expertise, excellent mastery of SAC Planning, as well as great ease in facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders and leading large-scale transformation programs.
Main missions
Assign the role of Techno-Functional Lead to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning projects. Design the architecture, functional design, and planning models in alignment with business needs and SAP best practices. Prepare and lead functional workshops (requirements gathering, process mapping, design thinking). Collaborate with the data, finance, and SAP S/4HANA teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. Develop functional documentation.

Act as a trusted advisor to business decision-makers, ensuring a business outcome focus. Oversee project delivery, incident resolution, and workstream coordination. Participate in global, multi-country projects with high organizational complexity. Contribute to technical validation, integrator monitoring, and the governance of transformation programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Training
- Master's degree / Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, or equivalent field.
Experience
- Over 8 years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics with strong exposure to solution architecture and delivery.
- Proven expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning , with at least 2 complete cycles as lead.
- Knowledge of SAP BPC Planning (an advantage).
- Solid experience in Finance & Data projects in an SAP S/4HANA environment .
- Essential experience within a Global System Integrator or a Big 4 firm .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Complementary skills
- Perfect understanding of business planning processes and financial modelling.
- Ability to work in agile, dynamic and international environments.
- Strong skills in documentation and technical communication.
- Retail or Automotive sectors: a plus.
- Fluent English; Arabic appreciated depending on the region.
