Roles & Responsibilities

MAIN ACTIVITIES:  

  • Receives and qualifies requests from clients supported by the SAE and transmitted through all SAE communication channels.
  • R responds to customer requests independently or in collaboration with the relevant department(s).
  • Participates in telephone prospecting campaigns.
  • Contributes to improving customer service by identifying recurring malfunctions.

Professional and/or technical skills

  • Knowing and being able to use third-party tools
  • Know all the banking products and services available
  • Understanding the roles and organization of the BNP Paribas Group
  • Mastering the Group's commercial policy and sales techniques
  • Practicing one or more foreign languages
