Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct safety inspections, audits & risk assessments
Participate in incident investigations & root cause analysis
Monitor contractor safety compliance & performance
Support emergency drills & safety campaigns
Ensure implementation of safety standards and procedures
Promote safety awareness & workplace safety culture
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas industries
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Civil / Industrial)
Certifications such as NEBOSH / CSP / CFPS preferred
Strong knowledge of Safety Management Systems, Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation
Experience in safety audits, inspections, emergency response & contractor safety management
Good communication, leadership & report writing skills
