Safety & Electrical Heads Haarvard Management Consultant

We are hiring experienced Safety and Electrical professionals for leadership roles across Oil & Gas, Steel, Pharma, Construction and Industrial projects with a leading Safety & Risk Consulting Organization.

1. Head – Process Safety and Culture Transformation
   Location: India
   Experience: 18+ years (minimum 5+ years in Safety Culture Transformation in Oil & Gas / Chemical / Steel; overseas experience preferred)

• Own P&L and delivery of multi‑year safety culture transformation programs.

• Engage CXO‑level stakeholders and govern long‑term safety improvement initiatives.

• Lead program management, governance, communication and reporting across multiple projects.

• Partner with business development teams and lead a team of Project Managers and Analysts.

  
  

2. Deputy Manager – Electrical Safety (ETAP / Power System Studies)
   Location: India
   Experience: 10+ years
   Qualification: MTech (Power Systems) / BE / BTech (EEE)

• Perform ETAP‑based power system studies (load flow, short circuit, relay coordination, Arc Flash).

• Ensure compliance with IEC / IEEE standards and review SLDs and protection schemes.

• Conduct site audits, validate system performance and recommend improvements.

  
  

3. Safety Manager / Safety Specialist – Pharma Plant
   Location: India
   Experience: 15+ years
   Qualification: Chemical Engineering plus Safety Certification (ME / PDIS / ADIS)

• Lead Safety Management System (SMS) implementation and audits in a large pharma plant.

• Simplify PTW, HIRA and client safety standards for effective shopfloor execution.

• Drive safety culture programs, KPIs, field audits and compliance checks.

  
  

4. Rigging Expert – Construction Safety
   Location: India / Overseas Sites
   Experience: 10+ years
   Qualification: Diploma Mechanical / Civil (or any degree) plus lifting / rigging certification

• Implement lifting and rigging procedures at major construction sites.

• Review and approve lift plans, method statements, HIRA and lifting permits.

• Monitor critical lifts, inspect lifting equipment and deliver training to lifting teams.

  
  

5. Electrical Safety Head (AGM / DGM)
   Location: Chennai
   Experience: 25–30 years
   Qualification: BE / BTech / MTech with deep electrical systems and safety expertise

• Lead the Electrical Safety consulting practice and a team of consultants.

• Drive electrical safety audits, hazardous area classification, Dust Hazard Analysis, eHAZOP and trainings.

• Own P&L for the electrical safety vertical, manage key client relationships and introduce niche electrical safety services.

  
  

6. Construction / Project Safety Head
   Location: Major Project Sites (India / GCC)
   Experience: 15+ years
   Qualification: BE / BTech / MTech with strong construction safety expertise

• Lead construction and project safety strategy and implementation at large sites.

• Set up safety procedures, audits, inspections and incident management systems.

• Coordinate with project, engineering and contractor teams and mentor site safety staff.
