Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Conduct HSE Induction & Safety training for all employees/sub- contractors / visitors

2. Carry out regular workplace safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.

3. Conduct risk assessment and implement preventive and control measures.

4. Developing & implementing emergency response plans, including the fire drills & evacuation procedures.

5. Investigate accidents, incidents & near miss to identify the root causes & suggest control measures to prevent the recurrence.

6. Ensure work permits properly issued, reviewed& complied

7. Maintain HSE observation points in HSE track action register and send reports to the concerned in charges for giving reminders to close the open HSE- observations.

8. Stop any unsafe acts or process that seem precarious to individuals, property & environment.

9. Conduct toolbox talk, special safety training and explain the hazards & safe working procedures of their job.

10. Prepare HSE observation sheet & sent reports to the concerned in charges & department

11. Conduct third party certification for lifting accessories on the renewal periods.

12. Check & verify the condition of fire extinguishers & maintain the re-certification on renewal periods.

13. Maintain the HSE Documents & records

14. Checking and monitoring of safety officers’ activity and their records.

15. Conduct & co-ordinate the pest control activities.

16. Conduct monthly firefighting inspections with Subcontractor.

17. Preparing HSE monthly statistic reports including leading and lagging indicators.
