Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with company and legal standards.
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments across production areas.
Support accident investigations and ensure corrective actions are applied.
Participate in safety training sessions and awareness campaigns.
Monitor compliance with regulations and maintain proper documentation.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure safe operations and continuous improvement.
Prepare reports and contribute to internal audits related to HSE performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in a Production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex operational problems.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
