Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide safety training and guidance to employees and contractors.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety across all operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in safety engineering, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to conduct training and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
