Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards in operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures that align with industry standards to foster a culture of safety within the organization.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Design and deliver safety training programs tailored to different employee roles, enhancing awareness and understanding of safety practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in safety principles.
Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) to demonstrate expertise.
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, or oil and gas, highlighting familiarity with sector-specific safety challenges.
