Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Safety / EHS Engineer

Location: Saudi Arabia (On Site) ndustry: Transmission Lines / Substation Projects  Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years  Joining: Within 30 to 60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)  Certification: NEBOSH Certified (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for all site personnel
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plans
  • Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations
  • Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and risk assessments
  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policies
  • Provide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates must have a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction and electrical infrastructure industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical)
  • NEBOSH Certification Mandatory
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS roles
  • Experience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation Projects
  • Valid passport with a minimum of 9 months validity
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
