Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards in operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures that align with industry standards to foster a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Design and deliver safety training programs tailored to different employee roles, enhancing awareness and understanding of safety practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in safety principles.

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (NEBOSH) to demonstrate expertise.

  • A minimum of 4-9 years of experience in safety engineering or a related role, showcasing practical application of safety standards.

  • Experience in the field of Building contracting in the UAE, for high-rise towers
