Roles & Responsibilities
Ensures a safe workplace by developing/enforcing policies, conducting risk assessments, providing training, inspecting sites, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with health & safety laws (like OSHA), aiming to prevent accidents and promote a safety culture across all levels. Key duties include hazard identification, implementing controls, reporting, and leading safety programs.
