Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1-Monitor and enforce health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and
Construction and industrial standards.
2-Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across the facility.
3- Maintain and review documentation related to safety procedures, reports, and compliance
records.
4-Deliver safety training and awareness sessions to all employees.
5-Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and suggest preventive measures.
6- Work closely with different departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous
improvement. Coordinate with emergency services and manage emergency preparedness
plans.
7-Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to proactively enhance the safety management system.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge Safety Guidelines, and Audit Standards.
- Excellent understanding of local health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and computer literacy (MS Office, safety management systems).
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or other related field.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, NIOSH, OSHA General, OSHA construction ,Risk Assessment
- ISO 45001 is preferable.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a safety role.
- Preferably residing in Luxor or Qena governorates.
