Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and certified Safety Manager to lead HSE operations on a major project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing site-wide safety programs, with a Level 6 or higher safety certification and 5+ years of relevant experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field

- NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or Diploma in Level 6 (as per Saudi regulations)

- 5+ years of HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects

- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Health & Safety regulations, and risk management protocols

- Excellent reporting, incident investigation, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Oversee HSE plan implementation and procedures

- Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and training sessions

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and client HSE standards

- Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans

- Collaborate with project teams to promote a safety culture
