Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and programs in accordance with local and international regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance inspections to identify potential hazards.
Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including reports, records, and safety manuals.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety measures into project planning and operations.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in safety regulations to ensure the company's compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in safety management or a similar role, preferably in industrial or logistical settings.
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in data analysis and safety management systems.
