Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective safety training programs tailored to the specific needs of the workforce, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions, preventing future incidents.
- Collaborate with management to create and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring all personnel are prepared for any potential crisis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role within the construction or manufacturing industry, showcasing hands-on expertise.
Certification in Safety Courses such as:
NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or Diploma in Fire & Safety
Good knowledge of HSE regulations and safety procedures
Ability to conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
Strong communication and reporting skills
Immediate joiners will be preferred
