Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Safety Officer with NEBOSH and OSHA certifications to ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at our site operations. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of safety experience in a plant or refinery environment and should be able to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor site safety policies, standards, and procedures.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and regular inspections.

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, internal safety standards, and client requirements.

• Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and induction programs to workers.

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety observations.

• Assist in accident/incident investigations and report findings with corrective actions.

• Liaise with Aramco representatives (if applicable) and ensure client safety expectations are met.

• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create safety reports, presentations, and documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• NEBOSH IGC & OSHA certification (mandatory)

• Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in a similar role within a plant or refinery setting

• Experience working on Aramco projects is preferred

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work under pressure in high-risk environments
