Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Deliver safety induction and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records.
- Support continuous improvement of the HSE system and participate in internal audits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a similar role within the industrial or construction field (preferably oil & gas or tank fabrication projects).
- Certified in NEBOSH / OSHA / IOSH or equivalent safety qualification.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills in English.
