Roles & Responsibilities
ob Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment at construction sites. The candidate must have hands-on UAE experience in construction projects and a strong understanding of local safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies on site
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards
Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs
Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports
Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and workers to ensure safe practices
Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Monitor work activities to ensure adherence to safety procedures
Preferred Skills:
Attention to detail and hazard identification
Leadership and team coordination
Emergency response and incident handling
Strong documentation and reporting ability
Desired Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners only preferred
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE construction projects Diploma is mandatory (in Safety or relevant field) Certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH will be an advantage Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations Good communication and reporting skills Ability to handle site safety independently
