Health & Safety Compliance /span> /b> span> br> /span> ul> li> p> span>Enforce company and government safety policies, procedures, and regulations on-site./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> li> p> span>Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify unsafe acts or conditions and implement corrective actions./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> li> p> span>Monitor site activities to ensure all workers follow safety protocols, especially during glass handling, fa ade installation, and working at heights./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> /ul> b> span>Risk Assessment & Incident Prevention/span> /b> span> br> /span> ul> li> p> span>Perform risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for ongoing site operations./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> li> p> span>Identify potential hazards and proactively develop safety mitigation plans./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> li> p> span>Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness training for site workers./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> /ul> b> span>Accident Management & Reporting/span> /b> span> br> /span> ul> li> p> span>Respond promptly to any incidents or accidents and carry out investigations./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> li> p> span>Prepare accurate incident/accident reports with root cause analysis and recommended corrective measures./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> li> p> span>Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> /ul> b> span>Coordination & Training/span> /b> span> br> /span> ul> li> p> span>Collaborate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to enforce safety compliance./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> li> p> span>Train workers on the correct use of PPE and safe working practices./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> li> p> span>Ensure new employees undergo safety inductions and site orientation./span> span> br> /span> /p> /li> /ul> div> br> /div> /span> br>
