Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify workplace hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
- Facilitate engaging safety training sessions for employees, ensuring they understand protocols and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents meticulously, preparing detailed reports to prevent future occurrences.
Desired Candidate Profile
Attested Bachelor's degree or diploma and NEBOSH IGC
Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 to validate expertise in safety management systems.
At least 3-5 years of experience in safety roles within the construction or manufacturing industries for practical knowledge.
Preference for candidates with experience in high-risk environments to ensure a deep understanding of safety challenges.
