Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and company policies.

• Conduct daily inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor and supervise workers to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide safety induction and training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain proper documentation of safety procedures, training records, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with project management to implement safety plans and emergency procedures.
• Ensure fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency exits are available and in good condition.
• Stop any unsafe acts or unsafe conditions that could result in injury or property damage.
• Participate in safety meetings, drills, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
• Certified in Occupational Health & Safety (OSHA / NEBOSH / ISO 45001 preferred).
• Minimum of 2 4 years of experience in construction/industrial safety.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and international safety standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and enforce safety discipline.
