Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Qatar safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor work activities and enforce safety standards.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and safety inductions.
  • Report incidents/near misses and maintain safety documentation.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices on site.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as Safety Officer (Gulf experience preferred).
  • NEBOSH IGC mandatory; additional HSE certifications preferred.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
