Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance on safety procedures to employees.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend preventative measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and incident reports.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
