Job Description:

The HSE Officer is responsible for assisting in day-to-day safety operations, ensuring that health, safety, and environmental

guidelines are adhered to across either project sites or factory locations. This role focuses on enforcing HSE policies and

procedures and monitoring safety compliance among personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies by conducting daily safety checks on assigned sites.

• Participate in incident investigations and assist with follow-up on corrective actions.

• Report safety concerns and potential hazards to the HSE Associate.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Daily Compliance and Safety Checks:

• KPI 1: Complete daily safety checks on time and report findings accurately.

• KPI 2: Report all identified hazards within 24 hours.

• Incident Reporting and Follow-up:

• KPI 1: Assist with 100% of incident follow-ups as directed by HSE Associate.

• KPI 2: Ensure 90% of corrective actions are closed within established timelines.

• Safety Observations and Reporting:

• KPI 1: Conduct 20 safety observations weekly.

• KPI 2: Report safety observations and hazards promptly to HSE Associate.
