Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Walk-in Interviews
Date & Time: Saturday, 07 March 2026 from 10:00AM until 03:00PM KSA Time Venue: Al Moallam Head Office, Saihat
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety,
Engineering, or related field.
Must be NEBOSH Certified.
Recognized HSE certifications such as IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent preferred.
3–6 years of experience in safety management within Facilities
Management, construction, or MEP projects.
Experience in commercial buildings, residential complexes, hospitals, or
industrial facilities preferred.
GCC / Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment techniques, and safety
standards.
Implement company HSE policies, procedures, and safety management
systems at the project site.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and
international safety standards.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analysis (JHA), and method
statement reviews.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive
measures.
Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, confined space entry,
electrical work, and lifting operations.
Ensure permit-to-work (PTW) systems are properly implemented.
Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits.
Monitor housekeeping standards and safe material storage practices.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Prepare incident reports, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
Maintain HSE records, statistics, and documentation.
Report safety performance metrics to management.
Conduct safety inductions for new employees and contractors.
Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills.
Promote safety awareness campaigns and initiatives.
Support competency development related to safety practices.
Support development and implementation of emergency response plans.
Coordinate fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency simulations.
Ensure availability and inspection of emergency equipment (fire
extinguishers, alarms, first aid kits).
Experience with permit-to-work systems.
Incident investigation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Knowledge of FM maintenance activities and associated risks.
Strong observation and analytical skills.
Communication and training abilities.
Leadership and influencing skills.
