Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
Investigate accidents and incidents, recommend corrective actions
Conduct safety training sessions for staff
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards
Maintain safety documentation and reports
Promote safety awareness throughout the hospital

Requirements:

2-4 years of safety management experience in healthcare or related environments
SCFHS certification (preferred for medical safety roles)
Knowledge of OSHA, local safety standards, and risk management
Strong communication and training skills
Ability to analyze safety data and recommend improvements
