Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, and scheduling all preventive and corrective inspections, for maintenance and integrity activities related to the Safety Department to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate and follow up on all necessary transportation and logistics. invoices, and SES.
  • Coordinate and follow up on all necessary transportation and logistics.
  • Coordinate and ensure material availability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance assigned to Safety Department.
  • Ensure daily RBWS meeting occurrence and relevant representation for preventative and corrective maintenance assigned to Safety Department.
  • Ensure zero overdue LACD (last acceptable completion date) for equipment assigned to Safety in SAP, ensure timely completion of inspections or otherwise processing deferrals prior to expiry of LACD.
  • Prepare and process Offshore Safety CONTRACTOR services records and timesheets.

Desired Candidate Profile


Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• High school Certificate

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety field.

• Minimum 1 Year Experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Field.

• Strong knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of Safety Technicians.

• Good computer literate with a knowledge of SAP and commonly used business software to Safety Equipment PM.

• Good computer literate with a knowledge of SAP and commonly used business software applications.

• Familiarity with preventative and corrective maintenance systems, performance measures, and their applications.

• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.

• Good computer skills and good understanding of Microsoft Office tools.

• Good understanding regarding the working and correct usage of different types of safety equipment (Breathing Apparatus/Gas Monitors/Fall Arrestors/PPEs etc.).

• Good communication skills in English.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as team member.

• Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures.
