Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose:

  • Planning, coordinating, and scheduling all preventive and corrective inspections for maintenance and integrity activities related to the Safety Department to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment and systems.

Key Result Areas:

  • Planning, coordinating, and scheduling all preventive and corrective inspections, maintenance, and integrity activities related to the Safety Department to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate and follow up on all necessary transportation and logistics.
  • Coordinate and ensure material availability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance assigned to the Safety Department.
  • Ensure daily RBWS meeting occurrence and relevant representation for preventative and corrective maintenance assigned to the Safety Department.
  • Coordinate and follow up on the ITP/PO, delivery notes, invoices, and SES.
  • Review safety-critical equipment services records and timesheets.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school Certificate

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Occupational Health and Safety field.
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in the Oil and Gas Field.
  • Strong knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of Safety Technicians.
  • Solid understanding of the Technical Planner and scheduler for activities related to Safety Equipment PM.
  • Good computer literate with a knowledge of SAP and commonly used business software applications.
  • Familiarity with preventative and corrective maintenance systems, performance measures, and their applications.
  • NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
  • Good computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good understanding regarding the working and correct usage of different types of safety equipment (Breathing Apparatus/Gas Monitors/Fall Arrestors/PPEs, etc.).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
  • Good adaptability to a multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures.
