Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Purpose:
- Planning, coordinating, and scheduling all preventive and corrective inspections for maintenance and integrity activities related to the Safety Department to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment and systems.
Key Result Areas:
- Planning, coordinating, and scheduling all preventive and corrective inspections, maintenance, and integrity activities related to the Safety Department to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment and systems.
- Coordinate and follow up on all necessary transportation and logistics.
- Coordinate and ensure material availability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance assigned to the Safety Department.
- Ensure daily RBWS meeting occurrence and relevant representation for preventative and corrective maintenance assigned to the Safety Department.
- Coordinate and follow up on the ITP/PO, delivery notes, invoices, and SES.
- Review safety-critical equipment services records and timesheets.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Occupational Health and Safety field.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in the Oil and Gas Field.
- Strong knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of Safety Technicians.
- Solid understanding of the Technical Planner and scheduler for activities related to Safety Equipment PM.
- Good computer literate with a knowledge of SAP and commonly used business software applications.
- Familiarity with preventative and corrective maintenance systems, performance measures, and their applications.
- NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
- Good computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
- Good understanding regarding the working and correct usage of different types of safety equipment (Breathing Apparatus/Gas Monitors/Fall Arrestors/PPEs, etc.).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
- Good adaptability to a multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures.
