Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and safety analyses for rig and well operations.
- Identify potential hazards, develop mitigation strategies, and implement safety procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively with company staff, contractors, and site personnel to promote a culture of safety.
- Monitor and report on safety performance and incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support night-time and extended operations as required by well site conditions.
- Coordinate with the contractor to ensure all safety and risk analysis services are provided efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficient in English (written and spoken) for clear communication with company personnel.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management practices in oilfield operations.
Proven ability to evaluate hazards, implement solutions, and improve operational safety performance.
