Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Implement HSE policies in accordance with Saudi Labor Law and Aramco/SABIC standards.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety orientations, and ongoing safety training for site personnel.
Monitor work permits, PPE usage, and emergency preparedness on-site.
Enforce safety policies to maintain a zero-incident record.
Collaborate with Civil Supervisors to ensure heavy equipment is operated safely.
Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and incident reports as required.
Monitor and mitigate any hazardous activities during project execution.
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Provide guidance and support to site teams on safe working practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Safety, HSE, Engineering, or related field.
3 5 years of experience in site safety supervision in construction or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Aramco/SABIC safety standards.
Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to identify hazards and enforce safety measures proactively.
Knowledge of PPE, risk assessment, emergency response, and incident reporting.
