Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Perform IIQ upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to best practices.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Rules, Workflows, and IIQ APIs to meet business requirements.
  • Manage Account & Access Review (Recertification) processes.
  • Integrate IIQ with enterprise systems including Active Directory (AD), Exchange, SAP, and preferably SAP GRC.
  • Work with Web Services and JDBC connectors for application onboarding and integration.
  • Ensure deployments are compliant with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize identity management solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with SailPoint Identity IQ.
  • Proven experience working on large enterprise projects with HA & DR setups.
  • Strong expertise in IIQ upgrades and customizations.
  • Hands-on experience with AD, Exchange, SAP systems, with exposure to SAP GRC integration preferred.
  • Experience working with Web Services and JDBC connectors.
  • Solid understanding of Rules, Workflows, and API customization in IIQ.
  • Strong programming knowledge in Java and JavaScript.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a global team environment.
