Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble a diverse range of salads, ensuring consistency and quality.

  • Source and select fresh, seasonal ingredients, prioritizing local produce.
  • Create visually appealing and innovative salad presentations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new salad recipes and menu items.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of salads to meet customer demands.
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of salad ingredients and supplies.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in salad preparation techniques.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into salad offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any dietary preferences or restrictions.
